On August 28, 2026, as part of the regional August conference of teaching staff, a sectional meeting was held on the topic «Implementation of the principles of «Adal Azamat», «Law and Order», «Taza Qazaqstan» based on the values of the new People's Constitution».
The purpose of the sectional meeting was to determine the priority directions of educational work for the 2026-2027 academic year based on the norms and values of the new People's Constitution, as well as to discuss effective mechanisms for developing students' civic responsibility, legal culture, moral values, and environmental awareness.
During the section's work, topical issues of implementing the Unified Educational Program «Adal Azamat», introducing the principles of «Law and Order» and «Taza Qazaqstan», as well as modern approaches to organizing educational activities in the context of digitalization of education were considered.
The following speakers presented reports:
* Almabayeva Aigerim Nurlanovna – «Main directions of organizing educational work in the 2026–2027 academic year»;
* Imangaliyeva Anar Bolatkhanovna - «Implementation of the principles of «Adal Azamat», «Law and Order» and «Taza Qazaqstan» based on the values of the new People's Constitution - a priority direction of educational work»;
* Kuikalakova Kuralay Adilbekovna - «Implementation of the unified educational program «Adal Azamat» in «Keleshek Mektepteri» schools: changes and additions»;
* Meirbayev Madi Kanatovich - «Norms and values of the new Constitution and features of teaching history»;
* Tyshtybayeva Elvira Muratkyzy - «New directions in educational work in the context of digitalization of education».
The speakers' presentations were devoted to issues of improving educational work, introducing modern educational practices, developing civic responsibility and legal culture of students, as well as the use of digital technologies in the educational process.
Following the results of the sectional meeting, participants exchanged experiences and adopted practical recommendations aimed at further improving educational work in educational organizations of the East Kazakhstan region and the effective implementation of state policy in the field of education in the 2026-2027 academic year.
