According to the plan of the Municipal State Institution "Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "ÖRKEN" of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, on August 28 of this year, as part of the traditional August teachers' conference on the theme "Human Capital, Education, Progress – the Core Values of the People's Constitution," a panel session was held for educators of preschool upbringing and learning organizations.
The event solemnly began with the performance of the State Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, followed by a dance performance by the pupils and teachers of the kindergarten "My Beloved Educator," as well as a video about the life and work of educators in the field of preschool upbringing and learning in the East Kazakhstan region.
The session was opened with a welcoming speech by A.K. Kyrykbayeva, methodologist of the Regional Center "ÖRKEN" of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, who outlined the goals and objectives of the event.
B.S. Kazhibekova, Chief Specialist of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, focused on the main directions of development of the preschool education system in the new academic year.
During the session, educators of the region (A.M. Kasymova, T.A. Grebenyuk, L.M. Algazina, O.V. Mikheyeva, A.K. Dosayeva, E.V. Borodavkina) shared their best practices on the topics "Early Development and National Values," "Formation of a Quality Educational Environment," "Interaction between Kindergarten and Primary School," and "Modern Technologies and Artificial Intelligence." During the presentations, an exchange of views with the session participants took place. Also participating in the session was K.R. Poltusheva, Head of the Development and Marketing Department of the BOBEKTANYM.KZ platform from Almaty. She spoke in detail about the specifics of applying artificial intelligence in preschool organizations.
During the session, the results on pressing issues of improving the quality of preschool education were summarized, priority goals and objectives were defined, and methodological recommendations for the new academic year were adopted.
At the conclusion of the event, a number of active educators of the region were awarded, as well as junior technical staff of preschool education organizations who have been working conscientiously and selflessly in the field of preschool upbringing for many years.
The sessions were attended by 100 educators, including methodologists of district and city education departments on issues of preschool upbringing and learning, heads, methodologists, and educators of kindergartens in the region.
