Since May 2025, the CarGoRuqsat electronic queue system has been introduced at automobile checkpoints.

As part of the system, carriers planning to leave Kazakhstan through automobile checkpoints need to book a place in the electronic queue using the CarGoRuqsat application.

To do this, follow the https://cgr.qoldau.kz/ru/start link, register and enter the CarGoRuqsat application, select a checkpoint, indicate the date and time of crossing the border and fill in the data on the driver and vehicle.

After approval of the application, you must arrive at the checkpoint in a timely manner to pass the border.

In turn, the introduction of an electronic queue system at the border with the EAEU countries will also eliminate periodic congestion at checkpoints and systematize the process of crossing the border.
