International Bread Day is celebrated on October 16. Throughout history, bread has been and remains a symbol of life, prosperity, and well-being. Every grain of wheat embodies the hard work of our fellow countrymen, their love for their native land, and their dedication to their profession.

For North Kazakhstan Region, this occasion holds special significance. Our region makes a substantial contribution to ensuring Kazakhstan’s food security, and the achievements of North Kazakhstan’s farmers demonstrate the high potential of the region’s agricultural sector year after year.

The harvest season is now drawing to a close. Once again, our grain growers have achieved commendable results. The average grain yield in North Kazakhstan Region stands at 17 centners per hectare, the highest among the country’s major grain-producing regions. Behind these achievements lies the hard work of thousands of rural workers, their professionalism, perseverance, and skill.
