Akim of North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov held a public reception, during which residents raised issues concerning various aspects of daily life.

The main topics included housing and land matters, the development of preschool education, and social infrastructure. Each issue raised was considered individually.

Following the reception, the Head of the region issued specific instructions to the heads of relevant government agencies, emphasizing the need to thoroughly review the appeals and take effective measures to address them. Implementation of the instructions has been placed under supervision.
