President of the International Judo Federation (IJF) Marius Wieser has arrived in the Republic of Kazakhstan on an official visit. At Astana International Airport, the guest of honor was met by Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erbol Myrzabosynov, Advisor to the President of the IJF Almaz Alsenov and President of the Judo Federation of Kazakhstan Kuanyshbek Yessekeyev.

During the visit, Marius Vizer plans to visit the Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace, the Barys Arena multifunctional sports complex, as well as get acquainted with the construction of the National University of Sports in Astana. In addition, meetings with leading athletes and coaches of Kazakhstan are planned, at which issues of development and prospects of judo in the country will be discussed.

M.Vizer's visit to Kazakhstan is an important event for the national sport.
