The III Republican hand-to-hand combat tournament for the Cup of the Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the agency, was successfully held in Astana. The competition was attended by employees and military personnel of law enforcement, law enforcement and special agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Minister of Tourism and Sports Yerbol Myrzabosynov, the first heads of law enforcement and special agencies, famous athletes and statesmen became the guests of honor of the event.
"Such tournaments not only contribute to the physical training of employees, but also foster in them the strength of spirit, unity and the desire to win. This is an important contribution to the formation of a healthy society and the popularization of sports among employees. Sport unites, strengthens will and discipline, which is extremely important for successful service and life in general," said Minister Erbol Myrzabosynov.
The teams of the National Security Committee, the State Security Service, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Financial Monitoring Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan were represented at the tournament.
The competitions were held in the capital's Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace according to the Olympic system. The winners and prize-winners of the tournament were awarded cups and medals in the individual competition.
