The cinema "Saryzhailau" announces the holding of the creative contest "Photofest". Karaganda youth from 14 to 35 years old, who have photography skills, are invited to participate.
The theme of the contest is "Story photography". The participants will have to create a photo work that will not only visually attract attention, but will also have a bright, understandable and deep plot.
The works will be evaluated by a jury consisting of independent experts -photographers, cultural and art figures of the region. Important criteria for evaluation will be: the presence of a clear idea and theme, clarity and evidence of the plot, as well as the technique and quality of photography.
As a result, the winners will be awarded: the Grand Prix, 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, and three diploma winners will be selected.
The competition will be held on December 25, 2024. Works in electronic format and applications are accepted until December 22 by e-mail: saryjaylau_kino@mail.ru .
