✔️The construction of the Kazakh-Korean Joint University building continues in Turkestan. This initiative was taken in response to the instruction of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to open branches of the world's leading universities in our country to improve the quality of education.
✔️Akim of Turkestan region Nuralkhan Kusherov monitored the construction progress and got acquainted with the current state of the facility. He exchanged views with the responsible managers and the head of the contractor company and listened to their reports on the work being done.
📌- The building should be completed this year and fully ready for the academic year. Organizational and coordination work will also take some time. Therefore, do not slow down the pace of construction, but carry out it qualitatively and systematically, - said Nuralkhan Kusherov, touring the 18-story building. He instructed to use high-quality building materials.
✔️Today, the construction of the building is in full swing. Work on the exterior cladding and installation of windows is underway. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in August. But it is planned to complete and hand over by May. The number of workers is sufficient, and construction is underway.
📌It should be noted that last year, the responsible ministry and the Turkestan regional akimat held negotiations with the leadership of Woosong University of Korea, which has a 70-year history. As a result, an agreement was signed to open a branch of this educational institution in Turkestan. It is planned to train IT and other technical specialists at this higher education institution. The plan also includes training specialists necessary for the development of production and agriculture in a new direction.
