Akimats were instructed to ensure the reservation of land plots for upcoming projects, declare a moratorium on the transfer of these lands, and change their intended purpose. The Ministry of Industry, together with the Akmats, should prepare documentation for quarries participating in road projects. The Ministry of Transport should work out the issue of legislative regulation of the accelerated acquisition of land plots for state needs for the construction of highways.
