Minister of Transport Marat Karabayev said that a single digital platform "E-Joldar" will be introduced in the country, which will serve as the basis for modernizing road infrastructure management. The platform will integrate existing digital systems and will allow automating the processes of collecting and recording information on all highways - international, republican, regional and district roads.
One of the main functions of the platform is to ensure transparency in the development of the road sector, as well as reliable control and effective management of road assets. In addition, "E-Joldar" will create conditions for close communication between road users, local governments and specialists responsible for managing road assets.
According to the minister, the introduction of the platform is planned for the first half of 2026, which will significantly improve the quality of road services and accelerate the resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
