Today, the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev held a meeting to discuss investment projects and key issues on the agenda, and assigned tasks to the heads of responsible sectors and district akims.
“The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly noted that the socio-economic situation in the region is stable, and despite the water shortage, a bountiful harvest of rice has been harvested, and gave a positive assessment of the development of the region. This year, we need to step up our efforts to ensure growth in all macro indicators. Given the declining trend in oil reserves, which account for the main share of the economy, in recent years, it is very important to implement large investment projects. Set a target for investment volume growth of 10 percent.
Ensure the timely implementation and launch of all planned projects. It is necessary to effectively use the region's raw material reserves, available resources, and engineering infrastructure, and strengthen work to attract domestic and foreign investment.
Head of the Entrepreneurship Department, coordinate the timely implementation of investment projects. Take strict control of the issue.
Continue to use the mobile application for digitization in all preschool organizations in the region. Ensure the fullness of state preschool organizations in accordance with their project capacity. The funds of kindergartens and recipients of targeted social assistance should be developed in accordance with current regulatory requirements. The funds allocated by the state should be spent for the intended purpose.
With suppliers who violate the law and do not fulfill the terms of the contract, it is necessary to terminate contracts based on the recommendations of the prosecutor's office, ”said Nurlybek Mashbekuly.
It should be noted that in 2025-2029, 87 investment projects worth about 2 trillion tenge will be implemented in the region, creating 8,300 new jobs. This year, 24 projects worth 275.3 billion tenge are planned to be launched, creating about 1 thousand jobs. Last year, a number of agreements were signed with representatives of China, Russia, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Korea, Uzbekistan, and Turkey on the implementation of trade-economic, scientific-technical, cultural-humanitarian, and investment projects.
