The Directorate of the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces has prepared an order of the head of the defense department “On approval of a model contract for the provision of regulated services”.
The regulatory legal act was developed in accordance with Article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the use of the Air Defense Forces” in order to further implement the provision of paid services in the field of airport services and subparagraph 7) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On natural monopolies”.
