On November 4, Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai made a working trip to the villages of Akshymyrau and Kyzan of the Mangystau district and met with residents. The head of the region listened to the social and infrastructural problems of the two villages and discussed the work aimed at solving them.
During the trip, the mayor first of all visited the village of Akshymyrau with a population of more than 1300 people and got acquainted with the state of the sports complex "Karalda Paluan", which is on the balance sheet of the Tobaniyaz Secondary School. About 60 children are engaged in various sports sections of the complex, which was commissioned in 2017. It was said that currently there is a need to transfer the complex to the balance of the sports department and carry out major repairs.
The village of Akshymyrau has an outpatient clinic, a 330-bed school, a 56-bed kindergarten, a cultural center, 6 business facilities and 16 farms.
Nurdaulet Kilybai met with the elders of the village of Akshymyrau, listened to the demands of the residents. The local population raised issues of water shortage, construction of intra-rural roads, lack of public transport and shortage of doctors.
The governor of the region also got acquainted with the progress of construction of the new building of the Akshymyrau village Akim's Office. Construction began in July this year and is scheduled to be completed by the end of November. To date, the work has been completed by 95 percent.
Next, the mayor visited the village of Kyzan and inspected the new building of the akimat of the village, commissioned this year.
The head of the region also got acquainted with the work of the outpatient clinic of the village of Kyzan. There are 11 nurses working here, there is a day hospital with 7 beds. The outpatient clinic, built in 2014, provides first aid to villagers.
During the meeting with the mayor, residents of the village of Kyzan raised the problems of unemployment and Internet provision. The head of the region instructed the mayors of districts and villages to consider in detail the issues raised and resolve them within the framework of the law.
