Head of the police department N. Almasbekov reported on preventive measures to prevent internet fraud. In order to improve efficiency, the CYBERPOL group was created, 48 criminal groups were cut off, 200 people were involved in crimes, and 55 people were arrested. The head of the city gave specific instructions to the deputies, together with those responsible for the industry, to strengthen measures in this direction.
Deputy mayor of the City S. Kuranbek presented a plan of events dedicated to the Independence Day and the new year. At the same time, 33 events are planned in the city. In accordance with the circular submitted by the presidential administration, the events will be organized in Scientific, Educational, Memorial, Research and educational areas. In addition, a solemn ceremony of lighting a Christmas tree will be held on the square "Astana" in honor of the new year. The mayor of the city instructed all the heads of industries to organize festive events, new year's decoration with aesthetic taste, which the people are looking forward to.
The head of the Department of quality and control of the urban environment M. Kerimzhanov reported on the monitoring of construction projects that are on hold. To date, 11 construction sites have been identified. Specialists continue regular explanatory work on the complete completion of construction and installation and equipment in accordance with building codes.

Abdimazhituly gave a number of instructions to the heads of the Department of quality and control of the urban environment and the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and land relations to take measures within the framework of the law in relation to suspended construction projects and undeveloped land plots in the city.
