In coordination with the Presidential Administration, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Biekenov Nurlan Amangeldinovich was appointed head of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after Barimbek Beisenov.
Deputy Minister Aidar Saitbekov introduced the new head of the departmental educational institution to the staff.
Nurlan Biekenov worked as a teacher, head of the department of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
