In coordination with the Presidential Administration, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Koblandin Kalizhan Zhenisbekovich was appointed head of the Makan Esbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The new head of the educational institution was introduced to the staff by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Aidar Saitbekov.
Kalizhan Koblandin has extensive experience in various management positions. Prior to his appointment to the new position, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Police Department for Transport.
