TURKESTAN: TOPICAL ISSUES IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURE ARE CONSIDERED

A meeting was held in the akimat of the Turkestan region, where the analysis and study of topical issues in the field of agriculture were discussed. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy gave specific instructions to responsible managers on the inventory of pasture lands, veterinary issues and solving other problems in agriculture.
The meeting heard reports and opinions of the heads of the regional departments of land relations and veterinary Medicine, the Department of Land Resources, as well as the territorial inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Turkestan region. Akims of cities and districts where deficiencies were identified received comments and instructions to intensify work.
Recall, on behalf of the akim of the region, a working group was created that analyzed the agricultural complex, land use issues, veterinary medicine, subsidies and taxes by business entities in four directions. The research covered Ordabasinsky, Otyrarsky, Sairamsky, Shardarinsky and Kelessky districts, as well as the city of Arys. As a result, cases of tax evasion, unreliable accounting of livestock and inefficient use of land were identified. The statistical data on the number of animals differed significantly from the results of the analysis.
At the meeting, it was instructed to strengthen the work on the return of agricultural land that is not used or used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was also stressed that it is necessary to bring the data of the agricultural database and registration records of rural districts into line, improve the skills of veterinarians, strengthen their responsibility and eliminate errors in the accounting of livestock.
