The Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared a draft order of the head of the Defense Department "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 2, 2020 No. 250 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of public services "Issuance of a special permit to fly over the territory of restricted areas and restricted flight zones after coordination with the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with the national security agencies."
The amendment to the regulatory legal act is made in accordance with the requirement of paragraph 9 of Article 27-2 of Chapter 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services".
The above-mentioned norm obliges the service provider, in case of violation of the legitimate rights of the service recipient, to perform the requested public service without his repeated application.
