In order to improve approaches to the prevention of possible labor risks at enterprises in Kazakhstan, in April this year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population launched the information system "Digital Labor Risk Map" (hereinafter – CCTR). As of December 1, 2024, 92.8 thousand enterprises were registered in the CCTR, which are regularly monitored.
The system works on the basis of a scoring model, with an analysis of more than 80 indicators from the information systems of government agencies, which takes into account the weighting factors for each indicator, which helps to objectively determine the level of labor risk.
Thanks to the CCTR, it has become possible to more accurately and timely monitor the implementation of social and labor legislation at enterprises. This reduces the likelihood of employers committing violations in terms of pay, working conditions and working hours. State labor inspectors at enterprises with a risk of labor conflicts carry out prompt response to threats with the adoption of preventive measures.
In addition, thanks to the automatic identification and analysis of risks, business managers can take measures to eliminate them in advance, thereby reducing the likelihood of occupational diseases. The system also helps employers to eliminate potential problems and violations faster, which, in turn, reduces the number of labor disputes and litigation related to non-compliance with labor legislation.
