THE ROLE OF INTERACTION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES AND EMPLOYERS IN PERSONNEL TRAINING WAS DISCUSSED IN ALMATY
Today, on December 11, the III International Forum on "Increasing the role of the employer in professional training as an indicator of the quality of design and implementation of educational programs in the context of globalization" was held in Almaty on the basis of the International University of Engineering and Technology. The forum brought together experts, teachers and representatives of the business community from Turkey, China, Korea, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The main purpose of the event was to discuss strategies for improving the quality of educational programs in the context of global competition.
The rector of MIT Gulnar Sarsenbekova opened the forum with a welcoming speech. She stressed the importance of synergy between science and business for the formation of personnel who meet the requirements of the modern labor market. The Rector noted that only close cooperation between the academic community and employers can provide training for a new generation of specialists.
At the plenary sessions, experts shared their experiences and views: Tony San, Director of International Educational Planning at Huatec (China), presented innovative approaches to professional development through the integration of educational and production processes; Hong Jin Song, Director of the Global Korea Center (Korea), spoke about creating an ecosystem for digital transformation in Kazakhstan; Zhanna Iskenova, Head of the ACCA representative Office in Kazakhstan and Central Asia Asia, revealed international standards for training specialists in finance and accounting; Zhanar Turebekova, Deputy Director of NCE "Atameken", focused on topical issues of interaction between business and educational institutions; Takhir Takabayev, CEO of Academset, presented a report on the development of production and practical bases for IT specialties.
A significant event of the forum was the opening of innovative laboratories at MITU. Among them are the laboratory of software engineering, the laboratory of biochemical engineering, the laboratory of food production technologies, the laboratory of smart technologies. These spaces will allow students and researchers to deepen their practical training and conduct scientific research focused on modern challenges.
The forum participants discussed a number of topical issues, such as the formation of professional competencies through the integration of employers into the educational process, the introduction of microqualification programs and their recognition in the labor market, the role of leadership in education and professional development, the introduction of innovative practices in the educational and business sectors.
The forum ended with the signing of cooperation agreements with leading companies, including Aksai Nan, Korean Global Center, Proslab-Service, Ifc Colos, Byte Machine and others. These agreements are aimed at strengthening cooperation between the university and business, which will provide practical training for students on the basis of enterprises.
The III International Forum at MIT has become an important platform for dialogue between the academic community, employers and students. He demonstrated how the integration of science, education and business can create a professional training system that meets international standards and the needs of the global market.
