Increasing the prestige of the working profession, further stimulating real productive and honest work, developing a system of public encouragement for industry leaders, veterans and leaders of the trade union movement have become the main leitmotives of a joint action by social partners – the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of the Oil and Gas Complex (hereinafter – KAZMUNAYGAZPROF).
On December 12, this year in Astana, on the initiative of the leadership of KAZMUNAYGAZPROF and with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a solemn presentation of departmental awards to the leaders of production, trade union leaders and activists of the branch trade union, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Kazakhstan's oil and Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took place.
Honored oil and gas workers, trade union leaders and veterans of the trade union movement of the industry were congratulated by Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Zhamauov and Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan -Chairman of KAZMUNAYGAZPROF Sultan Kaliyev.
Welcoming the participants of the solemn meeting, Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Zhamauov congratulated all the present employees of the oil and gas complex on the upcoming holiday - Independence Day of Kazakhstan and noted their special contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.
"Today, the oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan is the largest and dynamically developing industry. The oil and gas industry of the republic has a long and glorious history. The professional skills of oil and gas industry workers, high efficiency, and rich production experience are at the heart of the success of many oil and gas enterprises in the country," Alibek Zhamauov stressed.
Sultan Kaliyev congratulated his colleagues on behalf of KAZMUNAYGAZPROF.
He expressed gratitude to the veterans and workers of the oil and gas industry for their fruitful work, dedication and achievement of concrete results in the socio-economic development of the country.
"Today, our colleagues worthily continue the traditions of the older generation, successfully implement national and sectoral modernization programs, industrial and innovative development, improve and strengthen the system of social partnership. The Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of the Oil and Gas complex conducts an active and constructive dialogue with the employer in order to strengthen the role and responsibility of trade unions in the collective bargaining process at all levels, and the sustainable development of production," Sultan Kaliyev said.
During the award ceremony, Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Zhamauov and Kazakstan Enbek Yeri, Executive Consultant of the Directorate of Tengizchevroil LLP Ruslan Kuatov presented departmental awards and jubilee medals to the leaders of production, trade union personnel and chairmen of local trade unions of subsidiaries of national companies KazMunayGas, QazaqGaz, leading oil and gas companies of the country 125 zhyl" of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The badge "Munai-gaz salasyn yenbek sinirgen kyzmetkeri" was awarded to: Shalkar Mazhenakov, chairman of the local trade union of employees of JSC "Intergaz Central Asia" and Nurbol Yelubaev, Head of the Information Systems and Telecommunications Department of JSC NC "KazMunayGas", member of the conciliation commission.
The diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded to the trade union leaders of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP Daniyar Tuleshov, QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC Temirlan Kulboldinov and QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP Medet Kenzhegaliev.
The jubilee medal "Kazakhstan munayyna 125 zhyl" was awarded to the leaders of production, veterans of the trade union movement and heads of local trade unions, members of the elected central bodies of the branch trade union. Among them: Marat Temirkasov, chairman of the trade union of Oil Transport Corporation LLP, Askar Kapanov, chairman of the trade union of Asian Gas Pipeline LLP, Talgat Bayseitov, chairman of the trade union of JSC NC QazaqGaz, Kuat Nurgozhaev, Deputy chairman of the trade union committee of JV Kazgermunai LLP, Bakhytzhan Mukasheva, chairman of the trade union of PetroKazakhstan JSC Kumkol Resources, production leaders, operators of the oil company of PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC Bolat Begaliev, Talgat Isabekov and Kairat Rustembekov, activists of the branch trade union Askar Bektasov, Daulet Abdusattarov and Gulnara Suleimenova.
