Since the beginning of the year, more than 103 million visits to polyclinics have been registered in Kazakhstan, which shows an increase of 7% compared to last year.
The number of visits to doctors at the polyclinic level amounted to 81.3 million, and the number of patient visits at home increased by 7.5% to 17.5 million.
A positive trend is also observed at the level of rural health care. Thus, the number of visits to primary medical organizations by rural residents increased by 3.8% and amounted to 41.8 million visits, of which more than 9 million visits at home.
So, if at the beginning of the year the share of availability of schedules for self-recording to general practitioners was at the level of 20%, then as of November 1, 2024, this figure reached 89.5%, the availability of schedules for self-recording to narrow specialists increased from 4% to 23.4%.
In order to improve the accessibility of medical care, the Ministry has analyzed and revised regulatory legal acts and standards for the organization of medical care.
In particular, the patient's route was optimized, a clear algorithm for dynamic monitoring of patients with chronic diseases was defined, a list of analyzes and the frequency of their examination, and a multidisciplinary approach to dynamic patient monitoring was introduced.
