More than 700 medical organizations in the republic participate in the pilot project on the electronic issuance of medicines through the "Social Wallet", patients received drugs based on 1,387,756 prescriptions using a QR code.
The use of the "Social Wallet" creates conditions for accessibility and full transparency in the provision of medicines to citizens, excluding illegal trafficking, falsification and other violations.
People receiving medications as part of outpatient drug provision, including people with chronic diseases, now do not need to spend time making appointments with a doctor to obtain a paper prescription, a nurse can independently issue the prescribed medicine without queues.

For the elderly or other persons who cannot use the services of the state service "Social Wallet", when visiting the clinic, it is enough to be identified using Face-ID and webcams, after which the prescribed medicines will also be given to the patient.

By the end of the year, this project will be scaled up throughout the republic, covering 1.7 million people receiving drugs as part of free outpatient drug provision.

How to do it?

The patient logs into the Social Wallet mobile application, where he sees all his prescriptions (active and inactive), comes to the pharmacy and presents the QR code of the prescription. The medical staff in the information system uses a barcode scanner to scan QR codes and issue medicines. At the same time, you do not need to store paper recipes, QR is always at hand.

Advantages of electronic drug dispensing
The full history of receiving medicines is stored
 the ability to evaluate the quality of service provision
 leaving comments with the option to attach a photo/video
 automatic formation of an electronic appeal to an authorized state body with a very low assessment from the patient
