A meeting of the trilateral commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations was held under the chairmanship of Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev.
Zharylkasyn Aitakov, Head of the regional department of the Committee of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted that the situation in the field of social and labor relations is stable.
As a result of unscheduled and preventive inspections, 519 violations have been identified, which have been completely eliminated to date.

According to working conditions, 967 workplaces have been certified at 422 enterprises. In addition, 941 production councils have been established at the enterprises, in which 1,333 labor protection inspectors work.
In the region, 2,100 institutions have concluded an accident insurance contract in the performance of work duties by an employee.
A total of 2,619 enterprises increased the salaries of 23,680 employees by 23.7 percent.
State labor inspectors have identified wage arrears at 11 enterprises in the region totaling 419.9 million tenge. To date, 95.5% have been repaid, and the rights of 2011 employees have been protected.
- Special attention should be paid to issues related to the protection of workers' rights, the creation of safe working conditions, and timely payment of wages. It is necessary to intensify work in this direction and strengthen control. One action can escalate into an employment dispute. Trade union organizations play a special role in this issue," said Erbol Karashukeyev.
He pointed out the importance of concluding a collective agreement.
Akims of districts and the city of Taraz, heads of departments also made comments at the meeting.
At the end of the meeting of the commission, the akim of the region instructed to study the situation at enterprises on an ongoing basis, set tasks for timely payment of wages, continue work on accident insurance for employees, carry out explanatory work on the legalization of labor relations, the introduction of electronic labor contracts.
