In coordination with the Presidential administration and the Bayzak district maslikhat, Bakkaraev Olzhas Yelebekovich was appointed akim of the Bayzak district by the order of the akim of Zhambyl region.
Introducing the new akim at a meeting with the district's assets, the head of the region, Erbol Karashukeyev, set a number of tasks to implement the instructions of the Head of State, effectively use the potential and socio-economic development of the district.
Bakkaraev Olzhas Yelebekovich was born in 1985. He graduated from St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University with a degree in electronics and Microelectronics, St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with a degree in economics.
He started his career in 2009 as the Executive director of ARMTEL LLP.
Over the years, he worked as the head of the development service of the private institution "NULITS", an expert at Taraz Invest Consult LLP, chief specialist of the finance department of the Akimat of Zhambyl region, head of the socio-economic monitoring department of the Akim of Zhambyl region, deputy head of the Department for the coordination of employment and social programs of the Akimat of Zhambyl region, deputy akim of Zhambyl district.
Since May 2023, he has held the position of Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
