Today, on December 13, Assel Zhumagulova, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the title of "PERSON OF THE YEAR OF NEW KAZAKHSTAN"
The contest was organized in order to widely disseminate the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "A just state. One nation. A thriving society." Asel Zhumagulov took part and, becoming the winner, was awarded the order of the "MAN OF THE YEAR OF New Kazakhstan".
