In the village of Poludino, Magzhan Zhumabayev district, the dairy complex of Poludinskoye LLP, launched in 2021, is actively developing. This large-scale project, designed for 400 heads of cattle, was implemented thanks to 3 billion tenge of the farm's own investments.To create a highly productive herd, 337 heads of Simmental and Holstein-Friesian breeding stock were imported from Europe. As part of the project, two cowsheds, a milking parlor, a maternity block, a room for young animals were built, and modern milking equipment "Carousel" for 40 heads manufactured by "De Laval" was installed.The farm continues to develop: in order to increase the breeding stock to 1000 heads, three more cowsheds are planned to be built in the near future. Currently, one of them is already under construction — for 300 heads. The construction of two silo pits has also been completed, which will ensure reliable forage storage. A new Children's Art Center for 1,300 children has opened in the city of Tobyl in the Kostanay district.         On June 4, 2025, the 50th anniversary meeting of the Joint Board of Customs Services of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states was held in the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Kazakh delegation was headed by the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, Zh.        On June 4 of this year, the Kyrgyz Republic hosted the 80th anniversary meeting of the Council of Heads of Customs Services of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Kazakh delegation was led by the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, Mr. Zh. Duisembiev.       The Council was established to implement the provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of an Economic Union by a decision of the CIS Council of Heads of Government dated September 24, 1993.       Since its inception, the Council has held 80 meetings and adopted over 750 decisions by the heads of customs services of the CIS member states.      During the anniversary meeting, the Parties emphasized that the establishment and functioning of the Council has contributed significantly to the development of customs administration, the formation of advanced law enforcement practices, and the implementation of effective customs control measures across the CIS region.      The heads of customs services adopted a number of decisions aimed at ensuring uniformity and improvement of customs control procedures.      In particular, decisions were made regarding the harmonized control of imported hybrid vehicles and related equipment, the development of customs infrastructure, and the establishment of a working group on goods classification and origin.      International awards ceremony was held following the meeting.
