MOVING DOCUMENTARY EXHIBITION CONTINUES 25.04.2025
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Ordabasinsky District Palace of Culture, with the support of the Department of Digitalization, Public Services and Archives of the Turkestan region, the State Archive of Socio-Political History of the Turkestan region, held another traveling documentary exhibition "Yerlik – elge mura, urpak uran". Special attention was given to the forthcoming visit of Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković to Kazakhstan and his participation in the Astana International Forum. Linz, welcomed the high-level guest on behalf of Europol’s Executive Director, Catherine De Bolle, who was on a working visit. Вакцинация против ВПЧ: мифы, факты и реальность.В последние годы наша страна активно работает над улучшением здоровья населения и одним из ключевых направлений этой работы стала вакцинации против вируса папилломы человека (ВПЧ), который является основным возбудителем рака шейки матки (РШМ) и занимает второе место по распространенности среди женщин в стране.Как отмечают медики, стартовавшая вакцинация девочек в возрасте 11-13 лет представляет собой значимый шаг в борьбе с этим заболеванием, так как Казахстане с каждым годом растет число заболеваний РШМ и наш район не является исключением. Ежегодно в Республике регистрируется более 2000 новых случаев заболевания и от него умирает около 600 женщин. Рак шейки матки можно предотвратить с помощью вакцинации против ВПЧ, а также регулярных скрининговых осмотров. Исследования показывают, что прививки могут предотвратить до 90 % случаев РШМ, если они проводятся до начала половой жизни. Ожидается, что массовая вакцинация девочек против ВПЧ приведет к значительному снижению заболеваемости в Казахстане, кроме того, она поможет повысить уровень осведомленности о здоровье репродуктивной системы среди молодежи и их родителей. Важно отметить, что вакцинация защищает не только индивидуумов, но и создает коллективный иммунитет, что способствует снижению распространенности вируса в обществе.Вокруг темы ВПЧ существует множество мифов и дезинформации, которые вводят родителей в заблуждение. Некоторые родители не осознают серьезность проблемы ВПЧ или считают, что вакцинация не так важна для их дочерей, потому что у них нет истории заболеваний в семье. Это приводит к недооценке риска заражения.На самом деле у родителей не должно оставаться сомнений в вопросе данной вакцинации. Современные вакцины против ВПЧ прошли множество клинических испытаний и признаны безопасными и эффективными. Вакцинация от ВПЧ никак не влияет на репродуктивную функцию организма женщины в дальнейшем, это доказано в результате многолетних исследований во многих развитых странах. В составе вакцины не содержатся живые вирусы, которые вызывают рак, в ней содержатся отдельные белки вируса, которые попадая в организм, активируют иммунитет, а тот в свою очередь вырабатывает антитела, которые направлены на борьбу с ВПЧ. Это единственная на сегодняшний день возможность предотвратить рак шейки матки. Некоторые родители это понимают, а для некоторых еще необходимо время, чтобы принять правильное решение. Аспект вакцинации детей всегда остро воспринимается обществом, в таких вопросах всегда нужно тщательно проверять информацию, изучая ее с разных сторон. Но последнее слово всегда остается за родителем, который несет ответственность за благоприятное будущее своих детей. И в современном обществе воспитание здорового поколения должно стоять превыше различных убеждений и узкого мировозрения врослых людей.По состоянию на 17 марта 2025 года в Костанайской области привито первой дозой вакцины против ВПЧ 2582 девочек, из них девочек в возрасте 11 лет- 1179, охват от числа подлежащих (подлежит 90 % от общего числа девочек в данной возрастной группе) составил 22,6 %. В рамках наверстывающей иммунизации привито 1403 девочек в возрасте 12-13 лет, охват от числа подлежащих (подлежит ориентировочно 50 % от общего числа девочек в данных возрастных группах) составил 24,1 %.Напоминаем родителям о необходимости введения второй дозы вакцины девочкам, получившим первую дозу. С начала апреля (при соблюдении интервала в 6 месяцев) вакцинироваться можно по месту прикрепления в медицинских организациях, а также непосредственно в школьных медицинских пунктах.
