A historical event titled "Master of National Kazakh Literature" was held in the Department for the Blind and Visually Impaired at the Saken Seifullin Central Library of the Zhetysu Region. Впервые прошедший в формате «book tourism» праздничный проект под названием «Мир книги» стал настоящим литературным путешествием для горожан.Духовно-познавательное мероприятие открыл яркий флешмоб под девизом «Дружим с книгой». В нем приняли участие школьники, сотрудники библиотек и юные артисты. На установленном LED-экране демонстрировались видеоролики о книгах, которые произвели большое впечатление на зрителей.Во время торжественного открытия аким области Асхат Шахаров, известные писатели и поэты региона, а также общественные деятели выступили с речами, подчеркнув важность книги в жизни человека.«Сегодня в нашей стране отмечается Национальный день книги. The Department of State Revenue on  Akmola region informs that amendments and additions have been made to the Rules for Tax Reporting "Calculation of corporate income tax withheld at the source of payment from non-resident income (Form 101.04)", approved by Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2023 No. 1332 and Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2024, No. 783.The revision is effective from January 1, 2024 and is aimed at improving control over the validity of the benefits provided by the Tax Code by tax agents.Key changes:- Form 101.04 includes a reflection of income that is not subject to taxation in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.- The amounts of payments that are not recognized as income from sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan are also reflected.To reduce the administrative burden, a threshold is provided – these amounts are subject to reporting only if the total amount exceeds 50,000 US dollars per calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). Classification of goods in accordance with the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter — CN FEA of the EEU) is a procedure for assigning goods to a certain commodity item according to the established rules.Customs payment amount, complying with prohibitions and restrictions, as well as the applying tariff and non-tariff regulation measures depend on the correct choice of the CN FEA code.The classification process includes an analysis of the characteristics of the product: its purpose, composition, functionality, as well as a comparison of information received with the provisions of the CN FEA code of the EEU. In this case, the following are used:- general rules of interpretation of the CN FEA code of the EEU;- notes to sections and groups;- explanations to CN FEA;- classification practices and decisions made within the EEU.In case of difficulties in independently determining the CN FEA code, a participant of foreign economic activity may apply for a preliminary decision on the classification of goods. Such a decision is made based on the submitted documents and the description of the goods.The classification of goods is not just a formal procedure, but the key to the legal and efficient movement of goods across the customs border.  Correct defined CN FEA code of the EEU reduces risks, simplifies registration and ensures compliance with all requirements.
