Solemn flower-laying events dedicated to the "World Monuments Day" were held in Almaly district with the participation of veterans, military units, schoolchildren, and students.
Concerts, literary readings, meetings and commemorative events were held at each of the more than twenty monuments erected to outstanding statesmen, heroes, and defenders of the Fatherland.
