The governor of Almaty mentioned that during 9 months of this year the turnover between Almaty and France rose for 36,4% in comparison with the similar period of 2016 years and it was 191 million USA dollars. Within the framework of the working visit Almaty’s governor got acquainted with the working process on the construction of a protective structure and strengthening rocky lands in dangerous areas of the HPP 1 - BAO.There has been finished the ground works, the installation of gabion construction and the retaining walls. Engineering protection of the slopes is made in accordance with the steepness of slopes by installing a gabion net with fastening on anchors. The structures from gabions are practically not deformed with intensive water and wind erosion. The durability of gabions is not limited, the structures are naturally filled with soil, jerked and transformed into a natural element of the landscape. Nowadays, 98% of works have been done by the contractor of Saffat Building Group LLP, and the delivery date of the facility is scheduled for November 20. Next year in spring , work will be carried out on the greening of the site. Until the end of November, work will also be completed to strengthen rocky slopes along the Medeu-Shymbulak road.Within the framework of the working visit , Bauyrzhan Baibek checked the process of work in microdistricts. Baganashil. Designers developed a type of retaining wall taking into consideration the seismic and the soil properties. The total length of the dangerous area is 200 meters. Бұл туралы ҚР Инвестициялар және даму министрі Жеңіс Қасымбек министрліктің алқа мәжілісінде мәлімдеді.Индустрия 4.0 технологиясының элементтерін белсенді түрде енгізу мақсатында министрлік биылға және келесі жылға қадамды жоспар әзірледі. Министрдің айтуынша, Қазақстан жағдайында Индустрия 4.0 технологиясының мәні мен маңызын қалыптастыру мәселесі тұр. Бұл үшін биыл халықаралық тәжірибеге сәйкес ағымдағы жағдайға толыққанды сараптама жасалады және Индустрия 4.0. технологиясының элементтерін өнеркәсіпке енгізу дайындығы пысықталады. Бұл жұмыс жоғары білікті шетелдік серіктестермен бірлесе жасалатын болады.Министрлік алғашқыда шоғырландыруға болатын 3-4 өнеркәсіп секторын анықтауды жоспарлап отыр. Әр секторға ынталандыру жөніндегі нақты қолдау іс-шараларының жиынтығы және міндетті түрде әзірлеу керек стандарттар тізімі белгілмек.«Биыл сараптама қорытындысы бойынша  демонстрациялық тиімділікке қол жеткізу мақсатында алдыңғы қатарлы сандық технологияны енгізу үшін 7-10 пилоттық кәсіпорын іріктелетін болады. Бір сөзбен айтқанда, аталмыш кәсіпорындар басқа кәсіпорындар үшін «моделді сандық фабрика» үлгісі рөлін атқарады. Пилоттық жобалар жөніндегі жұмыстар 2018 жылы да жалғасады»,-деп атап өтті министр Жеңіс Қасымбек.Сонымен қатар, сандық технологияны енгізу бойынша жүйеқұраушы кәсіпорындармен де жұмыс күшейтілмек. Бүгіннің өзінде бірқатар компаниялар жаңа сандық шешімдерді енгізуге қызығушылық танытып, іске кірісіп те кетті. Республикалық маңызы бар автомобиль жолдарында су тасқыны кезеңінде қауіпсіздікті қамтамасыз ету үшін тәулік бойғы диспетчерлік қызмет ұйымдастырылып, күн сайын жолдарда кезекшілік жүргізіледі. Бұл туралы ҚР Үкіметі отырысы барысында инвестициялар және даму министрі Жеңіс Қасымбек айтты.Ж. Қасымбек бүгінгі таңда биылғы жылдың су тасқыны кезеңіне арналған Шаралар жоспары бекітіліп, Су тасқынына қарсы комиссиялардың жұмысы ұйымдастырылғанын баяндады.Республикалық маңызы бар автомобиль жолдарында 1 284 автожол көпірі мен 14 686 су жүретін құбыр бар. Қазіргі кезде тәулік бойғы диспетчерлік қызмет ұйымдастырылып, автомобиль жолдарында күн сайын кезекшілік жүргізіледі, сонымен қатар 496 қауіпті учаске, 967 құбыр мен 157 көпір бақылауға алынған.Бекітілген жоспарға сәйкес су тасқыны кезеңінде жұмыстарды уақытылы ұйымдастыру үшін қазіргі кезде қажетті құрылыс материалдары мен конструкциялары әзірленген.Қазіргі кезде су жүргізу құбырын ашу бойынша жұмыстар жүргізілуде, бүгінде 4 257 құбыр немесе жоспардағыдан 39% ашылды.Пойыздардың үздіксіз әрі қауіпсіз қозғалысын қамтамасыз ету, жолдарды, жасанды құрылымдарды сеңдерді өткізуге уақытылы әзірлеу мақсатында 383 вагоннан тұратын судың бұзып кетуін бөгейтін 42 пойыз құралды. Бүгінде 110 вагон құрастырылған.  «ҚТЖ» ҰК» АҚ барлық филиалдарында, бірінші кезекте тым шалғайдағы учаскелерде отын және майлау материалдарының қажетті қоры бар.Көпірлердің астында мұздардың кептелісін жою үшін мұздарды уату бойынша бұрғылау-жару жұмыстарын жүргізу мен қар көшкіндерін құлату бойынша келісімдер жасалған.Қауіпті жерлердің тізімі жасалған. «ҚТЖ» ҰК» АҚ филиалдарының директорларының нақты әрекеттері айқындалған, аумақтық ұйымдармен бірлесіп су қоймаларына комиссия тексеру жүргізуде.Министр Азаматтық қорғаныс пен көлік,  жол және көпірлердің республикалық қызметінің қолда бар күші мен қаражаты көктемгі кезеңдегі төтенше жағдайлардың салдарын жоюға және республикалық маңызы бар теміржолдар мен автомобиль жолдарында қозғалысты қамтамасыз етуге жеткілікті екенін атап өтті.www.primeminister.kzSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/transport/press/news/details/13664?lang=kk
