A historical and cultural event of global significance took place in the Amangeldy districtOn August 5, 2025, the grand opening of the "Wall of National Memory" took place in the Tazh Torgai tourist complex, located in the Amangeldy district of the Kostanay region. It is a unique project of particular importance in the history of Kazakhstan. This significant object is officially registered in the international book of records Global Book of Records.The main goal of the project is to revive the historical memory of the people, to pass on to the younger generation knowledge about outstanding personalities and fateful events that left their mark on the history of the country. The wall depicts episodes of the Kazakh people's struggle for freedom, key stages in the formation of the national spirit, as well as the names of ancestors who ruled in foreign lands and rest there forever.The length of the wall is 35 meters, the height is 3 meters 80 centimeters. This is not only an example of architectural art, but also a spiritual center that nurtures national self-awareness.The author and patron of the project is a well-known public figure, president of the Telep charity foundation, Honorary Citizen of the Amangeldy district Sapar Yskakuly Yskakov. Thanks to his initiative and contribution to the development of national spirituality and historical self-awareness, the monument was brought to life.The opening ceremony was attended by honorary guests of the republican and international level, historians, representatives of the intelligentsia, media workers and bloggers. The welcoming speech was made by the Deputy Akim of the Kostanay region Bakhytzhan Narymbetov, doctors and candidates of historical sciences, famous experts, who noted the importance of this project for the country.In particular, the following authoritative specialists were invited to conduct an examination according to international standards:Derekh Samir Ali - former Honorary Consul of the Syrian Arab Republic in Kazakhstan (2010-2017);Ordenbek Blesbekovich Mazbaev - Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov;Zhomart Zhenis Zhenisuly - Candidate of Historical Sciences, Deputy Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. В рамках рабочей поездки в Туркестанскую область вице-министр национальной экономики Бауыржан Омарбеков встретился с жителями и предпринимателями, где были обсуждены вопросы развития инфраструктуры, социальной поддержки и поддержки бизнеса. По состоянию на 1 июля, субсидировано 7 проектов на общую сумму кредитов 3,9 млрд тенге, объём выплаченных субсидий составил 557,9 млн тенге. Прогарантировано 3 проекта на сумму 65 млн тенге, объём гарантий - 33,2 млн тенге.В рамках поездки вице-министр ознакомился с рядом объектов, в том числе с молочным цехом, реализованным в селе Даубаба по проекту «Ауыл аманаты» на сумму 29 млн тенге. Также был осмотрен строящийся мясокомбинат и откормочная площадка ТОО «KAZ ECO MEAT» мощностью 5000 голов крупного рогатого скота и производительностью до 60 тыс. тонн мяса в год.Тюлькубасский район также включён в реализацию программы «Ауыл – Ел бесігі». В 2025 году на строительство социально значимых объектов, включая дом культуры в селе Даубаба, предусмотрено 278 млн тенге. В центральной части Каспийского моря прошёл учебно-тренировочный штурманский поход с участием военнослужащих Военно-морских сил Казахстана. Моряки совершенствовали навыки управления кораблём и на практике изучали организацию штурманской службы.Главная цель тренировки — повышение уровня штурманской подготовки и развитие профессиональных компетенций. В ходе похода личный состав прошёл подготовку к несению штурманских вахт, отработал действия в составе вахтенных офицеров и закрепил теоретические знания в реальных условиях.— Проведение таких походов способствует росту профессионального мастерства, формированию лидерских качеств и укреплению боевого потенциала штурманской службы, — отметил флагманский специалист штаба по штурманской подготовке капитан-лейтенант Куанышбек Дюсембаев.Во время занятий особое внимание уделялось изучению особенностей морского театра военных действий и решению навигационных задач с использованием различных методов кораблевождения. In parallel, the construction of another 13 similar buildings has begun.In addition to residential buildings, the project provides for the creation of modern infrastructure. "Smart" stops, video surveillance systems, children's and sports grounds will be installed here. Schools, kindergartens, a multidisciplinary hospital, leisure centers and a Sports Palace will be located within walking distance.A gas boiler house with a capacity of 49.5 Gcal is being built to ensure uninterrupted heat supply to the new residential area. Construction, installation and commissioning works are ongoing at the site, and the project is undergoing state examination.“The implementation of such a large-scale project is not only an improvement in housing conditions, but also a new impetus for the socio-economic development of the region. It is important to provide people with not just housing, but a full-fledged comfortable living environment,” said Kumar Aksakalov.Special attention is paid to supporting young people. The Kostanay Zhastary program continues to operate in the region, under which more than 340 young people have been provided with housing in three years. The program will be continued in 2025. The Kostanay Regional Universal Scientific Library named after L. N.
