The issue of improving the quality of public services was considered at a regular staff meeting chaired by Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev.
Deputy Chief of Staff of the akim of the region Bekzhan Kenesbek made a report.
In Zhambyl region, local executive authorities provide 286 public services. In the first 9 months of this year, 9 million 656 thousand 949 services were provided, 98.3% of them in electronic format.
According to Bekzhan Kenesbek, the office of the akim of the region conducts daily monitoring in this area. As a result, the number of violations of the established deadlines for the provision of public services has halved.
In the region, 93.1% of public services are available in electronic format, and 26 information systems are in operation.
Following the meeting, akims of Taraz city and districts, heads of departments were instructed to ensure the provision of public services in accordance with the requirements of the law, conduct internal control in order to identify and eliminate violations, as well as improve the skills of responsible employees.
The staff meeting also discussed the progress of the project on the formation of a regional youth personnel reserve.
