53.8 billion rubles were mined in Kazakhstan in January-November 2024. m3 of gas, which is higher than the same period last year.
From the report of the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Almasadam Satkaliyev at a government meeting:
"Speaking of the gas industry, according to updated data from the Situation Analysis Center of the Fuel and Energy Complex, 53.8 billion tons were produced during the reporting period. m3 of gas, or 100.2% compared to the same period last year (53.7 billion m3).
For reference: The Bureau of National Statistics generates data based on preliminary information from the 2nd number of the Situational and Analytical Center of the Fuel and Energy Complex, and the Ministry uses updated data from the 12th number.
5.4 billion rubles were exported during the reporting period. m3 of marketable gas, which is 101.9% compared to the same period last year (5.3 billion m3).
The volume of domestic consumption of commercial gas amounted to 18.2 billion m3, this indicator was fulfilled by 109% compared to the same period last year (16.7 billion m3).
The volume of liquefied petroleum gas production amounted to 2.75 million tons, which is 103% compared to the same period last year (2.67 million tons).
In total, 11 plants (TCO, ZHPZ, ANPZ, KazGPZ, etc.) produce liquefied natural gas for the domestic market in a regular, planned manner.
The volume of gas transit in the country during the reporting period amounted to 63.9 billion m3, which is 121.3% compared to the same period last year (52.7 billion m3)."
