TURKESTAN: ANOTHER VILLAGE WAS CONNECTED TO NATURAL GAS IN BAYDIBEK DISTRICT

In accordance with the instructions of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, work continues in the Turkestan region to provide rural settlements with the necessary infrastructure. This year, under the leadership of the akim of the region, 47 villages of the region were provided with natural gas. Since the beginning of the year, residents of 15 settlements have gained access to natural gas as part of the development plan in Baydibek district.
In particular, the village of Shakpak, Baydibek district, is connected to the gas supply. Deputy Akim of the region Nurbol Turashbekov shared the joy of the villagers and conveyed congratulations from the head of the region.
– This year can be called a successful one both for our region and for the residents of the Baydibek district. To date, natural gas is available in 36 of the 50 settlements in the region. Work in this direction will continue. As folk wisdom says: "Birligi bar ate ozady, birligi jok ate tosady." May there be more joyful days, we will wish you peace and prosperity," said the deputy akim of the region.
It should be noted that by the end of 2024, 564 settlements of the region (69.9%) or about 1 million 834 thousand inhabitants (85.5%) will be provided with natural gas.
