Mayor of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek announced on his Instagram page the completion of the construction of two more long-term residential complexes, the construction of which began 20 and 10 years ago, the official website of the Mayor's Office of the capital reports.
"The issues of shareholders of two more long-term residential complexes have been resolved. These are the multi-apartment residential complexes "Comfort Territory-1" (second stage) and "Zhagalau 4" polygon 3. Both houses began to be built from scratch.
For example, the construction of the Comfort Territory residential complex began 20 years ago. A technical inspection of the house showed that the building was in disrepair. Large-scale demolition work was carried out on all blocks of the emergency residential complex. Earlier, the construction of the 1st stage was completed. Then more than 100 families of shareholders received the keys to the apartments.
The construction of the second stage has been completed this year. Thus, we completed the history of the most problematic long-term residential complex, whose history stretched over 20 years.
The construction of the residential complex "Zhagalau 4" polygon 3 began 10 years ago. Due to unfair treatment, contractors changed, and the deadlines for completing the house shifted. The general meeting of residents decided to relocate the shareholders to the new residential complex "E16, E17, E32". Thus, the shareholders were able to get the keys to the treasured apartments. Landscaping will continue in the spring.
The completion of long-term construction is under the control of the Head of State. In total, over 140 long-term residential complexes have been completed in recent years. More than 15.5 thousand families of shareholders have received the long-awaited keys to apartments," the mayor of the capital wrote.
