Deputy Akim of Astana Yersin Otebayev, opening the award ceremony, congratulated those present on their professional holiday. He noted that energy is the heart of the urban economy, and power engineers are the people who provide comfort in every home in the capital.
"You are making an invaluable contribution to the development of the city by providing a stable supply of heat and electricity. Thanks to your diligence and professionalism, residents receive heat and light, and social facilities function smoothly. I sincerely thank you for your hard work and dedication. May your work always be appreciated, and may your energy never run out," said Yersin Otebayev.
Congratulations were also expressed by Chairman of the capital's maslikhat Yerlan Kanalimov, who also noted the importance of the energy sector for the socio-economic development of the country.

It should be noted that projects aimed at the development and modernization of the city's energy infrastructure are the basis for the stable functioning of the capital. The commissioning of new thermal power facilities, such as the Yugo-Vostok, Turan and TPP-3 gas thermal power plants, allowed the city to achieve a surplus of heat. The completion of the second stage of the Turan gas transmission system and the launch of the new Telman station in the coming years will ensure reliable heat supply to areas with active residential development. These projects make an important contribution to the sustainable development of Astana, improving the quality of life of citizens and maintaining comfortable working and leisure conditions.
