In the field of housing, 7.6 billion tenge has been allocated for housing construction this year. These funds were allocated for the construction of 56 multi-apartment and 214 individual residential buildings. In addition, 866 apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population were purchased, for which 15.9 billion tenge is provided. This was announced by Akim of the region Beibit Isabayev during a briefing at the CCS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of Akim of the region Zhetisu reports.
As it was noted, special attention in the region is being paid to solving the problem of emergency housing. So, at the beginning of 2023, 348 apartments in the region were declared emergency. In this regard, 137 apartments were purchased for 1.3 billion tenge last year, and 155 new apartments were purchased this year with 2.4 billion tenge allocated from the local budget in the Kerbulak district, the cities of Taldykorgan and Tekeli. Also, 9 houses with 560 apartments are being built at the expense of sponsors of JSC FBN Samruk-Kazyna.
