In 2024, 49 first aid stations were built in the Turkestan region as part of the national pilot project "Modernization of rural healthcare". And it was planned to build 5 medical institutions in Tolebi district on the basis of the national project.
Today, the construction of a paramedic and obstetric center in the village of Zhanazhol, Tolebi district, the villages of Dikhankol and Zertas has been completed and commissioned. . Nuralkhan Kosherov, Deputy Akim of the Turkestan region, and Askhan Baydualiev, head of the Turkestan Regional Health Department, who specially came to the opening ceremony of the healthcare facilities, congratulated the residents of the region and noted that these facilities provide an opportunity to significantly increase the quality of life of the villagers and improve the health of our citizens.
Akim of the district Yerkegali Alimkulov said that the new FAPs are equipped not only with qualified personnel, but also with modern medical equipment, and the new medical institutions are fully equipped and ready to help the country.
In addition, 2 hospitals, 5 medical clinics, 5 primary health care centers, the Lengir city polyclinic, the city dental polyclinic, and 51 medical centers serve the population.
