A meeting on document management and execution of instructions given by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government Staff was held under the chairmanship of Akim of the Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy. During the meeting, the progress in the implementation of protocol instructions and the state of performance discipline were discussed. Managers who fail to ensure timely execution of orders will be disciplined.
Yerkebulan Dauylbayev, Chief of Staff of the Akim of the region, made a report. He noted that since the beginning of the year, the execution of orders has been monitored. To monitor the implementation of the tasks received from the Presidential Administration, a step-by-step roadmap will be approved, as well as monitoring of protocol instructions will be strengthened.
The Governor of the region recalled the need for a responsible approach to work and stressed that all assignments should be carried out efficiently and on time. In addition, it was instructed to strengthen control over performance discipline.
