On December 19, 2024, a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources Management and Environmental Management of Zhambyl region, invited experts and representatives of Zhanatasskaya WPP LLP and Shokparskaya WPP LLP.
There are 2 issues on the agenda.:
- Risks to biodiversity from the activities of wind farms (wind farms) on the example of the Zhambyl region.
Representatives of the regional administration took part in the discussion.
The results of the work of the Public Council for 2024 were also summed up. The Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and Analysis reported on the main achievements in the work of the Public Council.
During the meeting, the participants made suggestions.
