Now owners of private homes and real estate can get technical specifications for connecting to natural gas online in the eGov Mobile application. The service is available to consumers of QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC and is provided to individuals free of charge, according to the website of National Information Technologies JSC.
The technical specifications for gas connection are a document that confirms the possibility of connecting an object to a gas distribution system.
The owner of the property can use the service. To do this, the user must fill in all the required fields of the form that is displayed in the application and confirm the information about the registered property rights.
To receive the service, the user must:
- log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Services" section – "Real Estate and Housing" – "Issuing technical specifications for connection to gas distribution networks";
- specify the type of object and select the property to connect;
- attach the technical data sheet of the object;
- specify the type of technical condition, the reason for connection to gas supply systems and gas consumption;
- select and add the type of gas equipment, specify the quantity and click "Continue";
- sign the application using Face ID/Touch ID.
If the application is filled out correctly, the result of the service is the issuance of the conditions provided by the gas distribution organization, QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC, or a reasoned refusal.
According to the current legislation in the field of natural monopolies, refusal to issue technical specifications is allowed in the following cases::
- the lack of available and affordable capacities, capacities, places, and network capacities of QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC, necessary to provide the required volume of regulated services;
- the absence of the networks of QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC or other assets necessary for the provision of regulated services.
The timing of the service depends on the complexity of the facility. For technically simple objects – 5 working days, for complex ones – 10 working days.
