Asylkhan Juvashev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Food Corporation, and Yao San, Head of SHIJIXIANGHE Agribusiness Group, held talks on cooperation in organizing stable grain supplies for the future processing plant. The meeting was also attended by representatives of KAZAKH INVEST.
On the eve, representatives of the Chinese delegation headed by Ma Hunhan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Dalian Hesheng Holdings Group of Companies, met with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, where the parties discussed the implementation of a promising project in Kazakhstan.
A complex for deep grain processing is planned to be built in the Akmola region. At the initial stage, the plant will process 1 million tons of wheat per year, with a further increase in capacity to 3 million tons. The Chinese partners consider the Food Corporation as one of the potential suppliers of grain.
Asylkhan Juvashev, Chairman of the Management Board of Food Corporation JSC, said during the negotiations, the state grain operator is ready to ensure stable utilization of the enterprise by providing the necessary volumes of products.
The implementation of a high-tech project in a grain-growing region will stimulate the development of agriculture, as well as help establish guaranteed sales of agricultural products of Kazakhstani farmers.
The Chinese multidisciplinary company Dalian Hesheng Holdings holds a technological patent in the field of wheat processing and fermentation, and uses advanced digital technologies.
