The akimat of the Karaganda region honored those who bring light and warmth to the homes of residents of the region.
Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev and Chairman of the Karaganda regional Maslikhat Nurken Kobzhanov congratulated energy industry specialists on their professional holiday.
– The time has come to upgrade the energy infrastructure of the country and our region, – said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev. – We also have achievements in this area. The construction of the third heat sink in Karaganda has been completed. Commissioning works are underway on the seventh boiler of TPP-2 in Temirtau. All this makes it possible to build more housing and social facilities. In March, a new turbo generator is being commissioned at the Toparskaya GRES. We also pay great attention to "green" energy. Masts with wind turbines are being erected in the Osakarovka area. There are plans to build wind farms around Temirtau, Bukhar-Zhyrau and Shet districts.
The head of the region thanked all employees of the energy industry for their invaluable contribution to the development of local infrastructure and the creation of comfortable living conditions for residents, and also expressed gratitude to the veterans.
State awards were presented to employees of the energy sector on behalf of the Head of State.
Andrey Lyapunov, General Director of Teplotransit Karaganda LLP, and Valery Naumov, a labor veteran, were awarded the Kurmet Order for their significant contribution to the development of the industry.
and Sergey Sedletsky, Deputy Technical Director of Karaganda Zharyk LLP.
– I have been interested in electricity since childhood. In the late 90s, he began his career at the Karaganda Distribution Grid Company as an electrician for testing and measurements. I have been working at Karaganda Zharyk since the company was founded – for more than 20 years. My total experience is about 30 years. I like my job, it's important for everyone's life. Congratulations to all your colleagues on the holiday. Health, success, may everything be fine! – said Sergey Sedletsky.
Didar Akhmadin, General Director of Karaganda Zharyk LLP, and Sergey Chugunov, locksmith and repairman of the Board of Directors of Qarmet JSC, were awarded the Order of "Enbek Danky" of the III degree.
The Yeren Enbegi Ushin medal was awarded to Torebai Kuttybaev, a locksmith for the repair of boiler rooms and dust preparation shops at CHPP-3, Karaganda Energy Center LLP.
Another 29 people were awarded honorary diplomas of the Karaganda region for their labor contribution to the socio-economic development of the region.
One of them is Vladimir Litvinov, a labor veteran. He gave 54 years to his favorite job. His children followed in his footsteps – his daughter and son also became power engineers.
– I know from practice that the work of power engineers is invaluable, because energy is the engine of the economy. I am glad that the region has big plans for the development of the electric power industry.
