Today, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, summed up the work for 2024 at a seminar on the application of the Saltanat Shamshinurova Code of Administrative Procedure. , Head of the Judicial Board Secretariat, and Danira Surauzhanova, Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Justice.
In her speech, S.Shamshinurova noted important aspects of working with administrative cases. The main issues include the analysis of judicial practice in cases involving state bodies, the procedure for appealing decisions, the time frame for filing complaints, as well as the provision of motivated services to the heads of higher authorities. Special attention was paid to the cases returned under Article 138 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which made it possible to highlight the specifics of the legislation. The results of the event will undoubtedly become the basis for further improvement of management processes in the Ministry.
