Since the beginning of the winter season, the capital's municipal services have been operating on an enhanced round-the-clock basis. Thousands of road workers and various special equipment are mobilized for work every day, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports.

Since the beginning of winter, more than 1.5 million cubic meters of snow have been removed from the city for 119,771 flights. There are also areas with moderate intensity – squares, station areas, sidewalks, entrances to social facilities, etc. b. places are cleared of snow.
The priority task is to clean the central streets, passenger transport routes, bus stops and sidewalks.
There are several equipped snow dumps in the capital. They are equipped with a system for reading dump truck numbers, where surveillance cameras are installed, and lighting is turned on.
Residents and guests of the capital are asked to be careful on the roads, follow safety rules, and avoid long-distance trips in case of a storm warning.
