Almost 90 teachers of the country received state awards of 3.6 million tenge each
At the initiative of the Head of State, support for teachers in Kazakhstan has become one of the priorities of state policy. According to the results of the current year, 89 teachers have been awarded one-time state prizes for significant achievements in the field of education. Each of them was paid an amount of 1,000 AEK (3,692,000 tenge), the total amount of state awards was 328,588,000 tenge.
Among them are the holders of the title "Kazakstannyn Enbek Yeri": Gulzhanar Nurpeisova, a mathematics teacher at the specialized boarding school No. 4 in Almaty and Elmira Traisova, a teacher at gymnasium No. 34 named after A.Taimanov in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. It should be noted that the awarding of the highest state award to two teachers at once was a historic event and an important evidence of deep respect for the teaching community.
Nurpeisova Gulzhanar Moldakerimovna is a mathematics teacher with 40 years of experience. In addition to her unique teaching methods and developed textbooks for visually impaired children, she devoted her teaching career to children in need of special education.
Elmara Askarovna Traisova also devoted her whole life to pedagogy. Her significant achievements in philological education and mentoring of young teachers inspire many educators in the region. And today she has become the first hero teacher in the western region of the country.
In addition, the Head of State awarded the honorary title "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen ustazy" to 23 teachers for outstanding achievements in the field of education.
64 teachers also became the winners of the "Best Teacher" competition. Traditionally, the winners received the badge "Best Teacher" and a monetary reward of 1000 MCI. All these measures are implemented within the framework of the Law "On the Status of a Teacher" and are aimed at protecting the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, as well as at a fair assessment of their work.
It should be noted that in recent years, salaries of teachers, kindergarten teachers, as well as specialists attracted to colleges from enterprises have increased significantly. Allowances have been introduced depending on the academic degree of teachers. The process of paying cash prizes to teachers who have trained winners and prize-winners of international Olympiads has also become traditional.
