IL-TOV Company is implementing a project to expand the plant's capacity for the production of semi-finished chicken breast fillets. The plant will be the first such enterprise in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Currently, its production capacity is 3,346 tons per year. In 2026-2027, IL-TOV plans to add two new lines, which will increase the total capacity to 10,000 - 12,000 tons. The investment amount will amount to about 4 billion tenge.
The company uses modern and high-tech equipment, European technologies and standards to ensure product quality.
The cooking technology includes intensive industrial cooking of 90% of ready-to-eat products, followed by rapid cooling, which increases the shelf life to 90 days without compromising quality. At the same time, no preservatives are used, and compliance with European standards guarantees high quality at all stages — from production to packaging.
The company's global goal is to build industrial food processing plants that provide high—quality nutrition to the population. The plant will include vegetable storages, refrigerating and freezing chambers, meat processing plants, fish processing plants, vegetable depots, kitchens, workshops for the production of salads and flour products, as well as freight forwarding complexes.
