Rollan Serikovich Serikov was born in 1979. Doctor of PhD.

He graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University, T.Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics (Narkhoz University).

Over the years, he worked in the field of higher education as a teacher, head of department, director of department.

In 2017-2020, he was the head of the Department for the Organization and conduct of testing at the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2021-2023 – senior positions at the Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports (Astana), in the Qazaq kuresi Association.

He was engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the field of sports, construction, real estate management, etc.

2023-2024 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of MTS RK.

He was awarded the badge "Bilim beru isinin kurmetti kyzmetkeri" (2019), the medal "Halyk algysy" (2020) and the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2024).

He is the author of about 50 scientific publications.
